Please look at your FICO Score for November 2020

Things to work on :

1) Average FICO should be over 750

2) Everyone needs to be doing a pre and post van check EVERY DAY

3) Each driver needs to watch the training videos

Q: Why do we need to do the above?

A: Amazon are all over these statistics and will remove vans if our average is below 750 and they will offboard or make drivers inactive for not watching the training videos. This is all out of my control!
